It never failed that i would see Dave at the Endocrinologist Office in Binghamton, NY delivering medications there! I wish peace and comfort during this difficult time! I hope sharing memories gives some comfort! I remember him always calling me Miss Hitchcock!

Bonnie & Family I was very saddened to learn of David's passing. He was a wonderful man that many looked up to and always had a kind word for everyone. I've played in the Thursday night league with him for 15 years or so, with my partner and I consistently finishing at the bottom. This year we were presented the first sportsmanship award by Dave. His words that evening were among the kindest ever spoken to me. I'll never forgot those words or the man. He will be missed by those of us fortunate enough to call him a friend. I have known Dave for over four decades. Playing softball on weekends. Basketball for years and for the last 32 years as my golf partner in the Men’s Thursday night league in Afton, NY. Winning the league this past year. He has been a true role model and mentor to me all these years! I am deeply saddened by his passing! I offer my sincere condolences to his family. You all meant the world to him! He spoke of his fondness for camping with family in Lake George and all the ups and downs in life. Bonnie his wife was an exceptionally patient math teacher to me in my formative years in middle school in Afton. There have been a few times in my life I’ve been speechless. When we spoke of his passing. My heart goes out to you. He was a good man and appreciated you so much! I pray you find peace in the many memories. God Bless you all!

I am sorry to read of Dave's passing. We were friends during my time in Afton and I enjoyed playing on softball and basketball teams with him—my condolences to Bonnie, his children, and the rest of his family. You played the game of life well my friend. RIP brother
