Jeffrey K. Bagley - President & Licensed Funeral Director

Jeff was born and raised in Sidney.  He graduated from Sidney High School, Class of 1989, and attended Juniata College in Huntingdon, PA, graduating in 1993.  Jeff then graduated from Simmons Institute of Funeral Service in 1994.

He began working at C.H. Landers in December 1997.  On March 31, 2015, Jeff and his wife, Brenda (Bargher) purchased the funeral home from Jim and Carol Barnhart.

Jeff and Brenda are raising their two children and live in the Village of Sidney.

Jeff is a life member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Sidney. He is a Fourth Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 4937.

Jeff is the treasurer for the Sidney Youth Land Reservation and is president of the Leatherstocking Funeral Directors Association.  He also serves as a director for the Sidney Alumni Association.

When Jeff is not keeping up with his busy family schedule, he loves to read and enjoys amateur canoe racing. 

Rosemary G. Fisher - Licensed Manager

Rosemary was raised in Sidney and graduated from Sidney High School with the Class of 2003.  She graduated from SUNY Cortland cum laude with a BS in Psychology in May 2007, and was top of her class at Simmons Institute of Funeral Service, graduating in August 2008.

Rosemary began working for C.H. Landers in June 2006, and became licensed in October 2009. 

Rosemary and her husband, Brandon, are the proud parents of two daughters and a son.  They reside in the Village of Sidney.

Rosemary is an avid bowler.  In August 2014, she and Brandon, along with a partner, became the new owners of her family's bowling alley, now East Main Lanes & Lounge, LLC.

She is proud to serve on the Sidney Federal Credit Union Supervisory Committee and as Vice President of the ChenDelO USBC Association Board of Directors. 

In her free time, Rosemary enjoys reading, and spending time with her family at their camp at Kellystone Park in Nineveh.

Andrew M. Maddalone - Registered Resident

Andrew was born in Sidney and raised in Bainbridge, New York. Both of his parents are local to the area and community. He graduated from Bainbridge-Guilford Central School District, Class of 2009, and attended Broome Community College graduating in 2011 and Oneonta State in 2013. In the fall of 2018, Andrew started mortuary school online through American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service graduating in December 2022.  

Andrew joined C.H. Landers part time in May of 2017, becoming full time in March 2018.

He serves as the Bainbridge Fire Commissioner and is a member of the Bainbridge Town Planning Board, Bainbridge-Guilford Central School District Alumni Association Scholarship Committee, and Greenlawn Cemetery Association.

Some of Andrew’s interests include kayaking and canoeing on the river, snowshoeing, watching sports especially the New York Yankees & Syracuse Orange, and spending time with family. 

Andrew enjoys traveling and has been to Mexico, England, Czech Republic, Holland, Bahamas, and Canada.
