Uncle Billy was a special person. As a child visiting upstate he was always a very quiet presence, observing all his family. As I grew into an adult and visited I had many interests conversations with uncle Bill. I'll never forget when I took my oldest daughter, Victoria to visit and at the end of the visit he told me what a good job I was doing. In the visits beyond,he was always so welcoming and proud to show his farm and equipment to us. He took great pride in all he worked so hard for. I'll always remember how he was completely present at 92 during the memorial of my dad,his nephew, and participated in all the moments we honored my dad. He was family. He was comfort. He will be greatly missed and I'm blessed to have had him as a great uncle. Say hi to Aunt Madeline and my dad from me and may you find all the peace love and happiness you deserve. We love you!!
Love always,
Liz Cascione ( Cuomo) and your great great nieces.
