Eleanor Merritt, Afton, NY
Eleanor Merritt, born January 6, 1930, of Afton NY went to be with the Lord on Sunday November 29, 2015 at home as peacefully and as quietly as she lived. She was predeceased by her loving husband of many years, Walter E Merritt. She is survived by her children Connie Pierce, Bonnie (Jim) Hallick, Barbara Merritt, and Michael Merritt and Donna; her grandchildren Nikki (Greg) Page, Lori (Steven) Wilson, Jim (Angie)Hallick Jr , Stacey(Crystal)Hallick , Josh Tucker, Kim Tucker, Alison Pruet and Candice Merritt, 8 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Friends may call Friday, December 4, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM in the funeral chapel with Pastor David Wallis officiating. Burial will be in Butternut Valley Cemetery.
