Fred John Tompkins

Fred John Tompkins, Sr., 70 of Bainbridge, passed away on Sunday October 25, 2009 at his home after an extended illness. Fred was born on May 17, 1939, son of Lawrence and Clarabell (Daniels) Tompkins. Fred was a mechanic for many years until illness intruded on his life. On November 25, 1961, Fred married Linda Boyd. Fred enjoyed spending time with his friends and extended family. He will be greatly missed.

Two Great-grandsons: Cameron Higdon and Eli Hill

Two sisters: Mary and Ed Lockwood Windsor

Shirley and Jim Spalik Kirkwood

Brother: Larry, Jr. and Judy Tompkins Florida

As well as many nieces and nephews

Fred was predeceased by his parents, Larry and Clarabell Tompkins, as well as his sister, Sara Nickerson.
