Julia Vogt Sidney, NY Julia Ellen Vogt daughter of Connelly and Daisy (Sites) VanValkenburgh of Sidney passed into Heaven at the home of her mother on March 1st 2015. She is survived by her mother; her daughter, Victoria Vogt of Sidney; her son, Arthur Vogt, III of Denver and Three Granddaughters, Audrey, Brittany, and Madeline, of Oklahoma. Julie graduated from Sidney High School in 1967. She was a nurse and worked at The Hospital in Sidney as well as Fox Hospital. Julie loved animals and adored her two cats, Binky Davenport and Patchy Malachi. She was an avid reader and enjoyed the Tri-Town Theater, either by watching plays or participating as well. Julie is predeceased by her Father, her cat Binky, and her husband Arthur Vogt, II. She was a wonderful person with many friends and she will be sorely missed. Friends are invited to call from 12:00noon to 2:00pm on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 2:00pm at the funeral chapel. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family online at www.landersfh.com. Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, Sidney.
