Obituary of Harry S. French

Harry French Mt. Upton Harry Sylvester "Frenchie" French, 78, of Mt. Upton, passed away on December 11, 2014 in Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown, NY. Harry was born in Sidney, NY to the late Harry S. French Sr. and Florence Ethel French on April 28, 1936. He went to high school at Sidney Central School and graduated in 1954. He owned French's Garage in Mt. Upton for 54 years. He enjoyed Bowling, playing cards, racing, shuffle board and spending time with family and friends. Harry is survived by his wife, Janice Madden French of Mt. Upton, NY and by his children Donna (Terry) Claudio, St. Johns Florida; Skip (Hayley) French, Mt. Upton; Tim French (Patty Groat) Mt. Upton; Tonja Hayes (TJ Turner), Mt. Upton; Jeff Miller, Fort Lauderdale, Fl; 14 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
