Kenneth M. Lent Masonville, NY Kenneth M. Lent, 72 of Masonville passed away Monday, June 16, 2014 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton after a lengthy illness. He was born August 20, 1941, son of the late Kenneth L. and Ethlyn (Giles) Lent in Sidney. Ken married Patricia Hard on January 21 1967 in Elton, Md. He was a longtime member of the Sidney Moose Lodge #277, a proud member of the NRA and the Teamsters. Ken worked as a truck driver most of his life, driving for Red Star, Queens Farms and Masonville Stone. He also was employed at Scintilla in Sidney for seven years. Family was most important to Ken, he loved to spend time with his family. Ken is survived by: Hhis wife of over 47 years, Pat Lent, Masonville 5 Daughters - Kim and Shawn Curry, Great Mills, MD Deb Rotundo, Winchester, VA Teresa Ciraolo, Unadilla Rhonda Lent and Brian “Piggy” Babcock, Sidney Ondria Northrop and John Shupperd, Sidney Son, Kenny "Bug" and Tonya Lent, Unadilla Many Grandchildren and several great grandchildren Brothers, Frank, Doug, Terry and Ed Lent and their families Sisters, Donna Ketchum and Elma Costello and their families Mother-in-law – Woody Hard, Masonville Sister-in-laws – Sandy Palmer, Susan Herring and Penny Scott and their families Kenny was also predeceased by a son-in-law – Mike Rotundo Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St, Sidney, NY. Graveside services will be held Sunday, June 22 at 10:00 am in Masonville Cemetery. Condolences and memories may be shared online at www.landersfh.com.
