William Alfred Caswell Masonville, NY William Alfred Caswell, 85, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina, and formerly of Masonville, passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Kings Mountain Hospice House, Kings Mountain, NC. William was born on September 29, 1927, son of the late George A. and Sarah (Mulkins) Caswell in Sullivan, NY. He served honorably in the US Navy, and was a long time employee of Breakstones in Walton, retiring in 1984. On May 4, 1950, William was married to June Bennett. She predeceased him on March 31, 1993. William is survived by: Son, Earl Caswell of Syracuse 5 Daughters: Leona Rousseau of Utica, Joyce Caswell of North Carolina, Novia and Paul Fisher of Texas, Pauline Caswell of North Carolina and Cathy Caswell of Syracuse 22 grandchildren and over 30 great-grandchildren 3 Sisters, Jean Jackson of Bridgeport, Alice and Frank Vreeland of Kirkville and Betty and Donald deMuerers of Florida Sister-in-law, Doris Caswell of Syracuse As well as several nieces, nephews and cousins In addition to his wife, June, William was predeceased by his daughter, Lynn, his son, Charles and his brother, Fred. Friends may call on Friday, May 31, 2013 from 1:00-2:00pm at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm in the funeral chapel.
