Obituary of Nancy L. Bolster

Nancy L. Bolster Harpursville, NY Nancy L. Bolster 68 of Harpursville and Afton passed away unexpectedly Thursday, April 18, 2013 at Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton. She was born June 24, 1944, daughter of the late Calvin and Dorothy (Pratt) Fetterman in Afton. Nancy married Jack Bolster on June 20, 1964 in the North Afton United Methodist Church. He predeceased her on August 5, 2004. Nancy worked as a home health aide, and for over 20 years she was a member of the Afton Police Department. Nancy assisted her husband Jack, who was Police Chief by answering the phone and working dispatch. They were also dedicated members of the Coventryville Congregational Church. Nancy is survived by: Daughter- Frances Bolster Young and Bret Jones, Harpursville 2 Sons - Albert and Denise Bolster, Greene Alan Bolster, Bainbridge Grandchildren - Kyle Bolster and his wife Stacey, Cody, Jessica, Andrew and Kayla Bolster, Joseph Warren and his wife Morgan, Derek Holiday, Robyn and Dougles Young and Cora Mae Bolster 3 Great Grandchildren - Bradley, Autumn and Olivia Sister - Ellen Holdrege Brothers - Earl, Howard and David Fetterman Several nieces, nephew and cousins Nancy was also predeceased by her Daughter Robbie Jean and Brother, Robert. A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Coventryville Congregational Church in Coventryville. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery in Afton at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Colesville Emergency Squad P.O. Box 62 Harpursville, NY 13787 Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
