Obituary of James Sumner Stilson

James S. Stilson Sidney, NY James Sumner Stilson 70, of Sidney passed away Thursday March 7, 2013 at his home. He was born July 29, 1942, son of Carroll and Helena Stilson in Walton. Jim worked as a truck driver in the area until he retired and was an "awesome grandpa". He is survived by: Father - Carroll Stilson, Masonville 2 Daughters - Sharon Greco, Sidney Linda and Lloyd Hunt, Unadilla 2 Sons - James C. Stilson, FL Robert J. Stilson, Sidney Brother - William and Beatrice Stilson, TX Sister - Rose Marie Stilson, Oneonta The mother of his children, Carolyn Ortiz, Unadilla Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by His Mother, Great Granddaughter, Tiffany Hitt and Brother, Richard Stilson Friends may call Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 11:00 AM to 12 Noon at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 12 Noon. Burial will be in Ouleout Valley Cemetery in Franklin.
