Obituary of Joelyn Lewis Sines

Joelyn L. Sines Harpursville, NY Joelyn L. Sines 24 of Harpursville passed away unexpectedly Sunday, February 24, 2013 as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born April 29, 1988, daughter of the Roger and Nancy (Stevens) Sines in Sidney. Joelyn graduated from Afton Central School with the Class of 2007 and from Broome Community College with a degree in marketing. She was currently working as a Certified Nurses Assistant at Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal. Joelyn was kind hearted and beautiful, she loved country music and four wheeling. She was loved and will be sorely missed by her family and many friends. She is survived by her: Mother and Step-father - Nancy and Chad Moffitt, Afton Father - Roger Sines, Afton Sisters and brother-in-laws - Heather and Tony Caratelli, Afton Sarah Yale and Dustin, Bainbridge Hunter Moffitt "Baby Girl", Afton Special nieces - Gabriella Caratelli, Madison Bliss The love of her life, Ryan Lewis of Nineveh, his Mother, Diane and sister Danielle Grandparents - Pauline Stevens, Bainbridge Dan and Mary Stevens, Binghamton Mary Moffitt, Bainbridge Alice and Herb Sines, Tennessee Jennie DeMott, Norwich Bonnie Vartanian, Afton Aunts and Uncles - Donna and Steve Cutting, Afton Doug Stevens and Sharon Gerlitz, Harpursville Sharron and Jeff Zablocki, Bainbridge Sharon and John McGraw, CA Ken and Loni Sines, Afton Connie Sines and Mike Guokas, Afton Tammy and John Garza, Texas Cousins - McKenzie, Chasity, Brittney, Kassi, Nathan, Tessa, Mindi, Kayla, Ashlee and several other cousins Joelyn was also predeceased by a brother, Garth, Uncle Joe Stevens and Aunt Madalyn Davis, Grandpa Richard Moffitt, Aunt Loretta Moffitt, grandparents, Roland and Mary Sines and Kark Vartanian. Friends may call Thursday, February 28, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral Services will be held Friday March 1, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Bainbridge.
