Charlene Howe 71 of Bainbridge passed away Saturday, May 23, 2009 at the Tri-town Regional Hospital in Sidney.
She was born September 16, 1937, daughter of the late Clayton and Elizabeth (Christian) Bennett in Bainbridge.
Charlene married Kenneth Howe on July 23, 1955 in Binghamton. He predeceased her on December 24, 2002.
She is survived by:
2 Sons - David and Kathy Howe, Wright City, MO
Daniel Howe, Bainbridge
1 Daughter - Diana Holter, Syracuse, NY
1 Sister, Bertha Wallace Lynchburg, VA
7 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren
Friends may call Friday, May 29, 2009 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney
Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 PM at the funeral chapel.
Burial will be in Ouleout Valley Cemetery in Franklin.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Catskill Area Hospice and palliative care 1 Birchwood drive Oneonta, NY
