Walter Edward Raymond Bainbridge, NY Walter Edward Raymond, 59, of Bainbridge passed away Wednesday. July 11, 2012 at his home. He was born November 25, 1952 son of the late Edward and Nellie (Thomas) Raymond in Sidney. Walter graduated from Bainbridge Guilford High School in 1970. He purchased Raymond TV Service and Repair from his father which He continued to operate in Bainbridge. Walter had a fervent passion for nature and the environment. He attended Pines Brook Baptist Church in Walton. Walter's family included 8 kitties. He is also survived by 2 sisters, Katharine Furgeson, Lakeland FL Delilah Narvaez, Viera, FL 2 Nieces - Michele Furgeson Tighe and Tammie Cardarelli 4 Nephews - Christopher Furgeson, Micheal Furgeson, Scott Furgeson and Matthew Narvaez 5 grandnieces, 5 great nephews and a great, great nephew. Friends may call Wednesday July 18, 2012 from 7-9 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. A memorial service will held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at the Pines Brook Baptist Church 1293 Left Pines Brook Road Walton, NY. Rev. Carl Butler will officiate. The burial will follow at 2:30 PM in Greenlawn Cemetery in Bainbridge. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society at www.cancer.org Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.landersfh.com Arrangements are under the direction of C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
