Joan G. Neidlinger Bainbridge, New York Joan G. Neidlinger 80 of Bliss Road Bainbridge went to join her husband Douglas Neidlinger on Monday April 25, 2011 at the Bassett Healthcare Cooperstown, N.Y. She was born March 29, 1931 in Cadosia, N.Y. the daughter of the late Othmar and Dorothy Reider Gerg. On May 20, 1954 she married Douglas L. Neidlinger at the First Presbyterian Church of Bainbridge, N.Y. He predeceased her on May 1, 2010 Joan was a bookkeeper for the former Demeree's Garage in Bainbridge and later for the Blitz Dental office in Bainbridge. She was a loving mother and devoted grandmother. Joan was a fun loving person and was always the life of the party. She is survived by: Daughter and her son-in-law Maureen and Robert Fleming of Guilford, N.Y. 2 Sons and daughters-in-law William and Mari Neidlinger of Afton, N.Y. Nicholas and Bonnie Neidlinger of McKinney, Texas Brother Ott Gerg of Bainbridge, N.Y. Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Dorothy Tourtillotte Services will be private at her family's convenience. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Bainbridge, N.Y. Memorial gifts made be made the Bainbridge Soup Kitchen % of Charles Lord 99 Main Street Bainbridge, New York Arrangements are under the direction of C.H.
