Lucille Virginia Huscha, 65, of Bainbridge, passed away on Friday, November 12, 2010 at her home. Lucille was born on February 15, 1945, daughter of the late Manuel P. and Mary (Huertas) Alcayaga in Manhattan. Lucille was a long time CNA and home health aide in the Tri-Town area. She was married to Anthony J. Huscha, Sr. who predeceased her on March 6, 2000.
Lucille is survived by:
Three children:
Daughter, Lucille Viele and her husband, Rich, Jr. of Masonville, and grandchildren: Nicholas Durbin, Michaela Durbin, Christopher Viele, Cory Viele and Elijah Viele
Son, Anthony J. Huscha, Jr. and companion, Maureen Boyer of Guilford and grandchildren: Anthony J. Huscha, III, Anna Boyer and Kyle Boyer
Daughter, Virginia Huscha of Florida, and granddaughter, Yvona Huscha
Significant other of 10 years, Allen VanDermark of Bainbridge
Sister, Margie Fusco and her husband, Philip of Long Island
As well as several nieces and nephews.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 from 7:00-9:00pm at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney, NY 13838. Friends may also call on Wednesday, November 17th from 12noon until 1:00pm at the funeral chapel. Funeral services will follow at 1:00pm with Rev. Bob Goldenberg, pastor of Circle Drive Alliance Church, officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Bainbridge. Memorial contributions in Lucille's memory may be directed to Hospice & Palliative Care of Chenango County, 21 Hayes St. Norwich, NY 13815.
