Christina "Chris" Pritchard, 57 of Harpursville went to be with the Lord June 1st, 2023, after a courageous battle with cancer. Chris is predeceased by her mother Beverly Pritchard, father Robert Courtemanche, stepfather Calvin Pritchard and her in-laws Elliot and Shirley Pritchard.
She is survived by her loving husband David Pritchard, sons Michael (Brittany) Pritchard, Greene NY and grandson Levi, Matthew Pritchard and Katie McCorimick, Carmel NY and granddaughters Annabella and Emily and their mother Sara Hallak, Nicholas Pritchard, Aberdeen MD and Alex Pritchard of Harpursville, siblings Lisa Devine, Lynette Pritchard, Martin Pritchard and Karen Pritchard. She is also survived by special uncle and aunt Charles and Kay Courtemanche of Oxford NY, as well as dear friends Carrie Higley, Sharon Materazzo, Michele Rowe, Michelle Carlson and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Chris grew up on her mother's dairy farm in Masonville NY. She later moved to Bliss where she started her family with David and then later settled down in Harpursville NY. Chris was a one-of-a-kind woman who had a contagious laugh and beautiful smile that could light up a room. Her greatest love was for her beautiful grandchildren. She cherished any time she was able to spend with them and loved being their "G-ma". She had a special love for animals and birds, especially her backyard chickens. Chris will always be known for her generosity, her incredible planning skills and her amazing cooking. She will truly be missed by all who knew her.
Calling hours will be held Friday, June 9th from 5-7pm at C.H. Landers funeral home, 21 Main st Sidney NY.
Funeral services will be held Saturday June 10th 2pm at the Masonville Federated Church 2126 route 206 Masonville NY 13804 burial will follow in Masonville Cemetery.
