Obituary of Claudia A. Palmatier

Claudia A. Palmatier, 80, of Bainbridge, NY passed away on Monday, April 24 after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on October 29, 1942 to Harold and Mary (Potter) Keegan in Oneonta, NY. Claudia worked at Keith Clark, Sidney NY and retired from Bard-Parker, Hancock NY. She enjoyed doing puzzles, feeding and watching the birds, tending to her flowers, watching old movies, game shows, music shows and loved watching Dancing with the Stars. Most of all, she loved her family. Claudia is survived by her 4 children and spouses. Wendy (Chuck) Cuevas of Susquehanna, PA, Joseph (Gidget) Veen of Holly Hill, FL, Heidi (Jim) O'Brien of Bainbridge, NY, Ronald (Dianne) Palmatier of Bainbridge, NY, 12 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 more to be born soon. Brothers Patrick and Steven Alger, sister-in-law Janice Alger of Morris, NY, in-laws Dick (Sherry) Palmatier and Patricia (Walt) Glendenning of Bainbridge, NY, many nieces and nephews. Claudia was predeceased by her husband, Ronald Palmatier Sr, son Anthony W. Veen, 2 sisters and 4 brothers. Calling hours will be on Sunday, April 30 from 2-4 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney, NY. Burial will be private at a later date Condolences may be shared online at www.landersfh.com.
