Frances Teresa Hoefling, 69, of Afton, passed away on March 28, 2023 at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City.
She was born on April 7, 1953 in Jersey City, NJ, daughter of Frank and Norma (Nini) Hoefling.
Frances honorably served her country in the US Air Force for 16 years. She was the beloved wife of Douglas John Cassiliano, mother to Kyle and grandmother to Darien.
A celebration of Frances' life will be held at a later date in New Jersey.
