Dorothy (Labour) Herbert, 59, passed away on March 10, 2023 at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City.
She was born on December 2, 1963 in Sidney, daughter of Gerald R. and Dorothy (Bennett) Labour, and graduated from Sidney High School with the Class of 1981.
Dot loved horses, the color purple, reading, coloring and puzzles. Her greatest joy was from her family and especially her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by: her mother, Dorothy Labour; daughters, Eva (Shawn) Banks and Vanessa Gohl (Chris Papas); 7 grandchildren; siblings: Evon (Dwayne) Wright, Gerald (Betsey) Labour, Jr., Rena (David) Barkman, Sr. and Rose Stilson (Robert Young), as well as many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, Gerald Labour, and her husband, Nathan Herbert.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Sidney Moose Lodge beginning at 3:00pm. Share condolences and memories with the family online at www.landersfh.com.
