Obituary of Donna M. Smith

Donna M. Smith 85 of Sidney Center went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at Wilson Hospital in Johnson City. She was born June 10, 1937, daughter of the late Wilson and Altania (Gile) Truesdell in Binghamton. Donna was married to Richard Lewis Smith for 58 years, when he passed away in 2014. She was employed by Bard Parker in Hancock for 22 years. She was a hard worker and had a kind heart. She loved to bake for neighbors and enjoyed cross stitching. Donna was a member of the Pine Ridge Baptist Church in Brunswick, GA. She will be missed by her family, friends and neighbors. Donna is survived by her children, Michele Vicario, NY, Karen Snow, NY, Rebecca (Steve) Wright, NY, Richard (Annette) Smith, GA, Leslie Smith, VA, Arthur Smith, NY and Tammy (Donald) Alger, NY Sister, Louann Lindley, TN and several grandchildren and great grandchildren She was also predeceased by Son, Donald Smith, granddaughters, Samantha and Christina Snow and several siblings. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. As per her wishes there will be no services.
