Obituary of Claude F. Waldron

Claude F. Waldron, III Sidney, NY Claude F. Waldron, III, 63, of Sidney passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2010 at his home. Claude was born on July 15, 1947, son of the late Claude Waldron, Jr. and Florence "Flossy" (McCumber) Waldron in Sidney. He was a graduate of Sidney High School, Class of 1966 and went on to Vail Trade School. Claude was a Tool & Die Maker for Amphenol Corporation in Sidney. On February 12, 1989, Claude married Joan O'Connor in New Berlin. Claude enjoyed bowling, camping and fishing. He was also a very gifted craftsman. In his retirement, Claude designed and crafted jewelry. He is survived by: His wife, Joan Waldron of Sidney Two brothers: Charles "Butch" Waldron and his wife, Sara of Tucson, AZ Terry Waldron and his wife, Kathy of Barefoot Bay, FL Niece, Tanya Winans Nephew, Duane Waldron As well as several aunts, uncles, great nieces, great nephews and cousins. A gathering for family and friends will be held from 1:00-4:00pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Sidney American Legion, 22 Union Street Sidney, NY 13838.
