Kenneth R. Gass, 60, passed away on January 17, 2023 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown. Kenneth was born on November 3, 1962 in Suffern, NY, son of the late Arthur and Patricia (Masker) Gass and grew up in New Jersey. Kenneth was a disabled veteran, serving his country in the US Army, doing vehicle recovery and as a mechanic, from 1980 until his honorable discharge in 1985. He moved to Sidney in 1993. He worked in auto body, structural repair and general repair and maintenance before becoming fully disabled. He had a great sense of humor and was loyal to all who knew him. He will be greatly missed by many. Kenneth is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Robin (Lucietto) Gass; daughter and son-in-law, Laura (Gass) Rogers and Kevin Rogers; grandchildren, Alana Rogers and Arthur Rogers; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Stephan and Carol Lucietto; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Linda (Lucietto) Haill; nephews: John, Jason and Dan Keeney and Arthur and Stephan Gass; nieces, Lauren (Gass) Johnson, Danielle (Lucietto) Kandalepas, Clair Lucietto and Traci and Cheryl Haill; aunts: Deborah (Masker) Stone, Laura Masker, Margret (Masker) Post, Linda (Gass) Stibich; as well as many friends and all the "kids" he loved and spent time with. In addition to his parents, Arthur and Patricia (Masker) Gass, Kenneth was predeceased by his brother, Arthur Gass; uncle, John Stibich, and his son, Aaron William Gass.
