Obituary of Olin Victor Hart

Olin V. Hart Bainbridge, NY Olin Victor Hart 87 of Bainbridge passed away Sunday, October 17, 2010 at Valley View Manor Nursing Home in Norwich. He was born June 24, 1923, son of the late Olin V. and Margaret (Whitacker) Hart in Deposit. Olin served his country in the United States Army from 1942- 1945. He was a trained radio operator and received the Distinguished Unit Badge, European-African-Middle Eastern Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. Olin married Charlotte Burnside. She predeceased him in 2003. He was a truck driver for Queens Farms in Deposit when he retired. Olin is survived by: Son and Daughter-in-law - Donald and Cindy Hart, Bainbridge Daughter and Son-in-law - Jeannie and Tom Bastian, PA 3 Grandchildren Audra Hart, Bainbridge Don Hart and his wife Susan, Bainbridge Rodney Hart and his wife Jessica, Bainbridge 5 Great, Grandchildren - Vanessa, Mark, Kimberly, Tyler and Bailey Hart Sister - Priscilla O'Dell, Windsor Graveside services with military honors will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Glenwood Cemetery in Afton with Rev. Benjamin Shaw officiating.
