Joseph "Joey" Andrew Beers, 54 of Masonville left us unexpectedly on Thursday July 7, 2022.
He was born January 5, 1968, son of Karl and Judith (Charles) Beers in Walton.
Joe attended Sidney Central School and served his country and community in the United State Reserves for many years.
He was employed as a commercial truck driver for Mr. Bults in Syracuse.
Joe was a light in every life he touched. He loved playing his guitar, spending time with his family and being outdoors. He will be truly missed.
Joe is survived by his
Wife, Margo (Cotten) Beers,
Parents, Karl and Judy Beers
Children, Misty Steffen, Joshua Smallwood and Meghan Smallwood,
his grandchildren, many relatives and even more friends.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday July 12, 2022 from 5:00-7:00pm at CH Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday July 13, 2022 at 11:00am at the funeral chapel
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Masonville Fire Department PO Box 362 Masonville, NY 13804-0362
