Obituary of Debra Jean Perry

Debra Jean Perry 67, passed away Sunday January 30, 2022 at home in Bainbridge N.Y. She was born in Sidney N.Y. to Harold and Betty Fife on September 20, 1954. She attended Sidney High School and continued to live in the area. She retired last year from Acco Brands Corporation. Debra enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and her dog Bella. She also enjoyed gardening and loved shopping on the weekends with family. She would travel to local farms to pick fruit/vegetables with her daughter and granddaughters for canning. Her family really enjoyed her jams, sauces, and most of all her canned peaches. She adored her dog Bella and took her almost everywhere. She is survived by her brothers Richard Fife and Kenneth Fife, her sisters Tara Ellis, and Tonia Smith, daughters Veronica Sands and Heather Smith, and Son Timothy Perry Jr. Debra is also survived by her grandchildren Victoria Perry, Madison Burnett, Lillyanna Hoover, Presley Youngs, Jaggar Youngs and Ember Perry. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces. She also leaves behind her beloved best friend, Bella her dog. Calling hours will be February 3rd, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with her funeral to follow for family at 4:00 p.m. at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main Street, Sidney. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Delaware Valley Humane Society, St. Jude Hospital for Children, or Albany Medical.
