Janette L. Barkman
September 6, 1937- February 23, 2021
Janette L. Barkman, 83, of Florida, passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on February 23, 2021. She lived in Florida, but was born and raised in Laurens, NY.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Barkman; her parents, Wesley S. Wickenhofer and Barbara M. WIckenhofer; sister, Sandra Dungey and grandsons Dian White and James White.
She is survived by two sisters, Betty Rosser of Washington and Caryl Neer of Laurens; six children: John Barkman of Oneonta, Doreen White of Rockdale, David and Rena Barkman of Unadilla, Jennifer and Ken Sullo of Florida, Valerie and Dennis Jeffers of Afton and Anne Barkman of Florida; 14 grandchildren, great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Her hobbies included needlepoint, sewing and enjoying life.
There will be no services at this time.
