Anthony Joseph Einsteder, Jr., best known to all of us as Uncle Cookie, passed away October 24, 2020.
Cookie, born June 18, 1937, was currently residing at Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. He spent his life as a hard working farmer alongside his vivacious mother in Franklin, NY. He loved watching baseball and working on old radios and television sets.
Cookie is predeceased by his mother, Katherine Einsteder, as well as his 3 sisters, Lois Perry of Sidney Center, Evelyn Pacini of New Jersey, and Shirley Connely of Brooklyn. He is survived by his nephew Robin Perry and Bonnie Perry, niece Jill Pinney and Ed Boice, niece Jenneen Bush and David Bush as well as many, many great nieces and nephews.
His family will be holding a private graveside service Saturday November 7th @ 11:00am at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Bainbridge NY officiated by Andrew Doyle of As I am Church, Norwich, NY.
