Elise Melanie Medina passed away on August 5, 2019 in Virginia. She was born on May 12, 1980.
Elise will be missed by her three children, Dylan Christopher, Micheyla Roze and Joseph Dominic Arthur; husband, Christopher Medina; brother, David Arthur Snyder; Mother, Michelle Soloway Snyder; Grandmother, Dorothy Soloway.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday August 24, 2019 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main Street Sidney.
