Deborah L. Peck 50 of 15 Delaware Avenue, Sidney, New York passed away unexpectedly Sunday morning April 18, 2010 at the Arnot Ogden Hospital Elmira, New York

She was born December 14, 1959 in Sidney, New York the daughter of Ronald and Frances Murray Peck. Debbie was a 30 year employee of the MeadWestvaco Company of Sidney, New York

She was a loving mother to her daughters and a devoted daughter. Deb was loved by her numerous friends.

She is survived by:

2 daughters Traci Teller of Albany, N.Y.

Samantha Goulette of Sidney, N.Y.

Parents Fran and William Rathmell of Walton

Companion Tracy Simonds of Sidney, N.Y.

Sister Robin Schlafer and her husband Michael of Zebulon, N.C.

Step-Sister Dawna Tatar and her husband Alan of Frisco, Texas

2 Step-brothers Mark Rathmell of Longview, Washington

Tim Rathmell of Corsica, California

She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins

Deborah was predeceased by her father Ronald Peck

Friends any call at the C.H. Landers Chapel 21 Main Street, Sidney from 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2010. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel with Burt Moore from the Hobart Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in the Masonville Cemetery, Masonville, N.Y.
