Grace Mary (Lehmer) King

1949-2019

BAINBRIDGE-- Grace Mary (Lehmer) King went to be with the Lord on April 18, 2019. She was born on July 11, 1949 daughter of Maudie (Church) and Charles Lehmer.

Grace was a loving, faithful wife and the most giving and dedicated mother and "mema". Grace enjoyed working in her garden, picking fresh flowers and taking pictures of her kids and grandkids. Grace was always busy doing something to help her friends and family. She was an excellent cook and always insisted on feeding everyone. She was the type of person that got things done, and kept a positive attitude. She was an energetic woman and full of life; to most she will always be remembered as "Amazing Grace". She will be terribly missed by all.

Grace is survived by: her husband, Richard King of Bainbridge; sister, Maudie Koppenaal of Sidney; brother, David Lehmer of Bainbridge; four children: Michael Wright of Unadilla, Cindy Brown of Pharsalia, Rachel O'Neill of Sidney and Adrianna O'Neill of Unadilla; grandchildren: Jessica Wright, Aiden O'Day, Damian O'Neill, and Elijah, Lilian, Iris and Ira O'Neill; as well as scores of nieces, nephews and close friends.

A memorial service will be held at 6:00pm on Friday, April 26, 2019 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney, NY 13838. Memorial donations in Grace's memory may be directed to the charity of one's choice. Share memories and condolences with the family online at www.landersfh.com.
