Irene Frances (Carver) Keller (82) of Franklin, NY passed away on January 7, 2019 at Albany Medical Center as the result of injuries sustained in a fall. Irene was born on March 6, 1936 in Mohawk NY to Eva Irene Mower and Ward Lynn Carver. She graduated in 1955 from Norwich High School and attended Beau Arts Beauty School in Syracuse NY. She worked as a manicurist and in retail for many years. Irene loved her little dogs, thoroughly enjoyed camping and fishing, and was skilled in several crafts. She was a long-time member of T.O.P.S and was a member of the Circle Drive Alliance Church of Sidney, NY. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, Kenneth Keller; her son, Thomas (Susannah) Houck (born David Joseph Carver), Stepdaughter Kathleen (Dorothy) Perez, NY, Sisters Louise Lee, and Cynthia (Craig) Fauth, Sister-in-law Carol K. Keller and her husband, Peter G. Engeldrum of Winchester Massachusetts, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is predeceased in death by her parents, Brother Frederick Carver, sisters Nancy Moore and Barbara Doeil Calling hours will be from 11:00-12:00 on Wednesday, January 16, at the C.H. Landers Funeral Home 21 Main St. in Sidney NY with services to follow at 12 Noon. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the Circle Drive Alliance Church at P.O.
