Obituary of Yvonne Rose Kratz
Yvonne R. Kratz of Sidney, formerly of Mt. Upton passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 at her home.
She was born July 8, 1924, daughter of the late Pierre and Maria (Seube) Ousset in New York City.
Yvonne worked as a typist for the US Public Health Service in Staten Island. She married Frederick Kratz on June 22, 1968. He predeceased her on February 7, 2018.
Yvonne was a devoted and dedicated member of Sacred Heart Church in Sidney. She volunteered her time and talents working various church functions especially the craft booth at the annual Harvest Festival.
She is survived by:
Children, Thomas (Angela) Kratz, Susan M, Vierno, William (Roseanne) Pair, Janet (John) Chzanowski, Thomas Pair.
Daughter-in-law, Sandra Kratz
Grandchildren, Jacquelynn (Cosimo)Orsillo, Jason (Melissa) Pair, Brian Pair, Haley Pair, Mallery Kratz
Great Grandchildren, Piper, Nathan, Elway, Sofia, Victoria, Joelle, and Lucas
She was also predeceased by Son, Fred Kratz
Friends may call Wednesday August 1, 2018 from 3-7 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney, NY.
A mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday, August 2, at 11AM in Sacred Heart Church 15 Liberty St. Sidney, NY with Fr. Bernard Osei Ampong, Pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in East Guilford Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be directed to Sacred Heart Church 15 Liberty Sidney, NY 13838
