Robert M. Darrow, Sr. 90 of Sidney went to be with the Lord Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the Roscoe Regional Residential Care Facility in Roscoe, NY
He was born November 27, 1919, son of the late Marvin L. and Nina (Phelps) Darrow in Johnson City.
Robert was a machinist for E.C.D of Bendix in Sidney when he retired and he attended the First Baptist Church in Sidney.
He is survived by:
3 Sons - Robert Jr. and Linda Darrow, Sidney
Arthur and Debbie Darrow, Afton
Rodney and Devina Darrow, Vestal
Daughter - Vicki Sisson Hughes, Atlanta, GA
7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren
Friends may call Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 AM in the funeral chapel. Rev. Kenneth Southworth will officiate.
Burial will be in Flora Ave. Cemetery in Johnson City.
