Obituary of Richard G. Nutting

Richard G. Nutting, Coventryville, NY Richard G. Nutting 69 of Coventryville passed away Friday, February 10, 2017 at Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown. He was born May 11, 1947, son of the late Glenn and Violet (Kinter) Nutting. Richard served his country with the United States Army as a Ranger in the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. He worked at Raymond Corp in Greene for over 30 years retiring in 2008 and also ran his own firewood business for many years. Richard is survived by: Wife, Marie (Louden) Nutting, Coventryville Daughters, Kim Nutting, Coventry Kristen Fowlston and her husband James, Oxford Sarah Siverston and her husband Cassidy, North Dakota Alissa, Brittany and Megan Nutting all of Coventry Son- Nathan Barber and his wife Sarah, Masonville 9 Grandchildren – Destiny, Mike, Sam, Briana, Camran, Dakota, Danika, Sophie and Garrett And a sister. Friends may call Wednesday, February 15 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM with Rev. Karl Silfee, Sr. Pastor of the True Life Christian Church officiating.
