Obituary of Karen Ann Roe

Karen Ann Roe, Franklin, NY Karen Ann (Hughs) Roe 45 of Franklin passed unexpectedly on March 18, 2016 at Albany Medical Center. She was born February 18, 1971, daughter of the late Robert Sherman and Joan Rose (Mullineaux) Hughs, Sr. in Sidney. Karen attended Sidney Central Schools and worked as a healthcare provider for the Hampshire House in Oneonta over 16 years. She was a loving mother, sister and daughter and will also be missed by her many friends and co-workers. Karen is survived by her four children, Katie Roe, Christen Roe, Brandon Roe and Jordon Hull. She is survived by brothers and sisters, Tammy Hughs, Robert S. Hughs, Jr., Bonney Edwards (Rick), Dale Hughs, Randy Hughs and his companion, Missy Wilber, Terry Pangaro (Nick), Toni Matthews (Troy) and Eric Hughs.
