Gerald F. DeMott Jr. passed away January 17, 2024 at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Terry DeMott; daughter, Stephanie McEwan (James) and sons, Mark Terebo (Stacey Terebo) and Ronald Terebo (Amy Rowe). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren: Merissa, Mackenzie, Cali, Aiden, Bradyn, Khloe, Bayne and Harper, as well as many siblings including Sherri Demott, Daryl, Rodney Mathewson, Robby, Debbie, Bob, Kevin, Jeff, and more, and many close friends and co-workers.
Jerry was predeceased by his father, Gerald DeMott Sr.
Friends are invited to call from 4:00-7:00pm on Monday, January 22, 2024 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney. Private burial will be held at a later date in Glenwood Cemetery, Afton. Memorial donations in his memory may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
