Nancy J. Constable, 76, of Sidney, passed away on October 21, 2023, at the Bassett Medical Center in Cooperstown. Nancy was born in Walton to Charles Hulbert and Dorothy (Seymour) Hulbert on September 2, 1947. She was married to Gerald Constable. She was a kind, caring soul that brought a light into many people's lives. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was also a huge cat lover. Nancy was employed by Acco in Sidney. Nancy is survived by her husband Gerald Constable of Sidney; two stepsons: Nathan and Blaire Constable of Powell, Ohio and Rodney and Kim Constable of Marlboro, NY; 6 grandchildren; Makayla Ruiz of Sidney, Callahan and Spencer of Ohio, Cecelia and Brently of Marlboro and Parker Robinson of Oneonta; siblings; Ronald, Barry and Kevin (wife Maria), sisters-in-law; Janet, Carol, Loretta, Diane and Roxanne (husband Jim); brothers-in-law; Boyd and Terry (wife Cindy); special niece; Karen as well as 30 nieces and nephews, 56 grandnieces and nephews and 35 great-grandnieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Nancy was predeceased by her daughter, Renee Lynn Henson; stepdaughter, Amber Jean Constable; grandson, Theodore Constable; siblings: Catherine, Patricia, Carl, Denman, Jerald, Susan, and Robert; sisters-in-law, Mary and Robin; brother-in-law, Roger and nephew, Gregory.
