Veronica Treffeisen Peterson passed quietly away on August 10, 2026 after a brief illness, at Fox Nursing Home. She was born January 19, 1957 to Wayne and Catherine (Morch) Treffeisen. She is survived by her father Wayne Trefffeisen, daughter and son-in-law Nicole and Billy Rose, 3 grandsons. Three brothers and daughter in laws. Kevin and Rene', 1 niece, 2 nephews, Jamie and Cathy, 4 nieces. Brian and Loretta, 2 nephews. One sister Elizabeth and Dave, 1 nephew, 1 niece.

She was predeceased by her mom Catherine (Morch) Treffeisen. She worked at Red Lobster, Doubleday Books and Jamesway.

Veronica (Ronnie) had the biggest heart and would give anyone anything she had. She loved and was dearly loved by everyone. She made us laugh with her comments, and made us smile with the stories she remembered. Her family meant the world to her, and she will be so very missed.

There will be a private graveside service Saturday August 15th, at 4 at White Store Church Cemetery.

The Treffeisen's thank each and every person that has helped Ronnie over the years. Especially her team from Fox, they made her life more enjoyable.
