James Russell Greene, 59, of Bainbridge, NY passed away on April 15, 2026. He was born April 1, 1967 to Robert J. Greene and Janet (Voltz) Greene, whom both had predeceased Jim.

"Greeno" served his country honorably in the US Air Force upon graduation from Sidney High School in 1985.

Jim was a loyal friend with a big heart. He loved to grill, fish, hunt and always was passionate about his Mets and Giants.

Jim is survived by his loyal companion, Nikki, as well as his brothers, Robert Greene and George Greene, and numerous close friends and relatives. Greeno is, and will be, sorely missed.

There will be a celebration of his life on Friday July 24th at the Sidney Elks Lodge beginning at 3:00pm.
