Kathleen B. Tiska peacefully reunited with her beloved husband, Stephen, in Heaven on May 31, 2026.

Born in Sidney, New York, on February 20, 1942, Kathleen was a beloved wife, mother,

grandmother, and great-grandmother. She spent her early years in Sidney Center and later

Sidney before marrying Stephen. Together, they built a life in Masonville, where they lived for nearly 65 years and raised their three sons, Ted, Greg, and Dan.

She was predeceased by her husband, Stephen; her sons, Greg and Dan; and her grandson, David.

She is survived by her son, Ted, and his wife, Maria; her grandsons Ben, Sam and his partner Chelsea, Brian, and Brody and his wife Alyssa; her granddaughter Katie Cassidy; and her cherished great-granddaughters Ruby and Sunnie.

Kathleen found great joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loved gardening and could often be found tending to her flower beds. She also looked forward to the family's annual two-week camping trips to the Adirondacks, especially their time on the islands of Lake George, where many treasured family memories were made.

Above all, she cherished her family and treasured the time spent with those she loved. She will be remembered for her love, kindness, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Calling hours will be held at C.H. Landers Funeral Home in Sidney on July 31 from 6:00 p.m. to

8:00 p.m. A family gathering celebrating her life will be held at her home in Masonville on

August 1.
