Remembering Paul H. Blincoe

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Paul Harold Blincoe, age 48, on May 18, 2026.

Paul was born in Smithtown, NY, on December 11, 1977. He was a cherished son, a devoted brother, and a loyal friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He graduated from Bainbridge-Guilford High School in 1996 and was a proud graduate of Alfred State where he then became an Engineer for the NY State Department of Transportation for the entirety of his professional career.

Paul loved the simple things in life. He was happiest when he was in the country riding razors and sitting by a fire embracing the peace of the outdoors. His life was filled with many passions— from playing his guitars to all his favorite Stevie Ray Vaughan songs, to the hours he spent on his classic Ford Fairlane. Whether attending local car shows, or talking cars with family and friends, he found joy and lasting memories. The moments he treasured most was the time shared with the family he loved above all else. He leaves behind a legacy and above all, a family that adored him.

Paul is survived by his loving parents, Charlie and Robin Blincoe, his brother Charlie(Casey) Blincoe of Liverpool, NY; sister Sarah (Matthew) Acquisto of Guilford, NY; nephews Aidan Blincoe, Gavin Blincoe and Mason Acquisto, and nieces Kendall Blincoe and Abigail Acquisto. He is predeceased by maternal grandparents Harold and Alice Moore and paternal grandparents Paul and Mary Blincoe

Calling Hours will be held at C.H Landers Funeral Home 21 Main Street in Sidney on Wednesday, May 27, from 12-2pm. Memorial service will follow from 2-3pm.
