Steven Thomas Bishop Roff 84, of Masonville passed away July 22, 2025, at his home.

He was born November 10, 1940, son of Marjorie E. Bishop in Albany.

Steven was adopted at 4 years of age and was raised by Vera, Dorathy and Myrtle Bishop.

Steve was a graduate of Sidney High School and in 1971 he married the love of his life Barbara A Patrick. After 45 years of marriage, Barbara predeceased him in 2016.

Steven worked for Butts Excavating in Masonville for 52 years.

Steve enjoyed hunting. He was President of Delaware County Federation of Sportsman Clubs for over 20 years, he also served on the Masonville Town Board, was Fire Commissioner, and the Masonville Cemetery Board.

He is survived by four children Pamela Perry, Terry DeMott, Cheryl Wood (Dan Rowe), Jeffery (Vera) Wood, 10 Grand Children, and 19 Great Grand Children, Sister and Brother-in-law Marjorie and Robert Bunch, Many Great Friends, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews.

Steven was predeceased by his sister, Mary E. Williams, Granddaughter, Heather Wood, Son in law Jerry DeMott, Grandmother Myrtle Bishop and Aunts Vera and Dorathy.

Friends may call Tuesday, July 29, 2025, from 4-7PM at CH Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney.
