Obituary of JoAnne Renault

Jo-Anne Wells Renault 1948 to 2025 Jo-Anne Wells Renault passed away June 14th, 2025. Jo-Anne was born on April 14th, 1948, the daughter of the late Frederick and Katharine (Hasbrouck Lasher) Wells from Saugerties New York, where she grew up with her two sisters Mary Lou Lewis and Shirley Cornish (Ben). Following graduation in 1966 from Saugerties High School, she continued her education at Cobleskill college. Then she went on to work for New York State for 30 plus years and made many friends. She is survived by her husband, George Joseph Renault, daughter, Martie Sager (Robert Reynolds), son, George Clifford Renault (Mandy Frey). 3 Grandchildren: Amber, Charles, and Daniel, one great-granddaughter, Bella, plus many loving nieces and nephews. She loved books, plays, and going out to eat with friends and family. She will forever be missed and remembered for her wonderful sense of humor.
