Tanya Louise Jones passed away unexpectedly on August 20, 2024, a resident of Hendersonville, North Carolina. Born on December 1, 1947, in Delhi, New York, she lived a life marked by devotion to family and faith.
Tanya was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence Sutton Jones. Together, they built a life rooted in love and shared values. Memories of her will always be cherished by her family and friends. Tanya will be deeply missed by her son, Brian Jones; her stepdaughter, Kristen Senter; and her stepson, Phillip Jones. Tanya also leaves behind her three sisters that she adored—Marcia Bagley, Denise VanDusen, and Marlene Cammer—who shared in the joys and challenges of life with her. Tanya had three grandchildren, a niece, and nephews, who all loved her very much.
A woman of enduring faith, Tanya was a devoted member of Hendersonville Presbyterian Church in Hendersonville, North Carolina. Her connection to the church community was a meaningful part of her life and spiritual journey.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
