Obituary of Timothy M. McDonough

Timothy (Timmy) Michael McDonough, 72, longtime resident of Bainbridge, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Lowell General Hospital in Lowell, MA. Timmy was born on October 16, 1952, in Walton, NY, son of the late John M. and Elsie (Allen) McDonough. Timmy was known for his kindness and his love of the Washington Commanders. Timmy had a unique connection with animals and was able to gain their trust and love instantaneously. Timmy worked for over 30 years as a custodian for Amphenol Corporation until he retired. He also attended St. John The Evangelist Catholic Church. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Ronald and Janet McDonough of Bainbridge, and brother-in-law Clifford Wilkinson of Mount Upton, nieces Erin (Kevin) Wehrli, Kelly McDonough, Holly Wilkinson, Jenny Wilkinson, nephew Sean (Samantha) McDonough, as well as three great nieces Makenna Wehrli, Rory and Nora McDonough and a great nephew Brayden Wehrli. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Patti Wilkinson and his nephew Nicholas Wilkinson. The family would like to thank Lowell Care One Facility for their care of Timmy throughout the last several years of his life.
