Obituary of Ruth I. McClelland

Ruth I. McClelland (King - Huntington) passed away at home on March 28, 2025. She was 93. She went home to her beloved Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior. She was born on March 16, 1932. Ruth was a devout Christian and very involved in her church. She was a blessing to all she met. She also loved to quilt, make cards and crochet. She was predeceased by her first two husbands, Morris and Howard, as well as her grandson Hank Harlow, and son-in-law Carl Harlow Sr. She is survived by three children from her first marriage, Robert (Kay) King, Katherine Harlow and Russell King; as well as her husband, Harold McClelland, Sr. She also is survived by her grandson Josh Charlie, grandchildren and great grandchildren from her Son-in-law. As well as grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many stepchildren, grandchildren and great-grandchildren from her second and third husbands. Friends are invited to call from 10:00am-11:00am on Monday, April 7, 2025 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St. Sidney, NY 13838. Funeral services will begin at 11:00am at the funeral chapel. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Whitney Point. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to her church, Gospel Way Church, 15 Elm Street, Canonsburg, PA 15317.
