Gary B Clair 71, of Bainbridge passed away on August 15, 2021. Gary was born on March 25, 1950, son of Richard Clair and Pauline Clair. Gary was a Bainbridge-Guilford Graduate, Class of 1968. He enjoyed golfing with his friends, watching the Yankees, the NY Giants and NASCAR. Gary was employed at The Raymond Corporation for 40 years. Gary is survived by his fiancé Susan Ives Buttice; their children daughter Nicole and Chipper Graham, sons Tyler Clair, Brooks and Jenna Buttice, & Joseph Buttice; Grandchildren Cassidy Graham, Zachary Graham, Brady Buttice, Alana Clair, Breana Clair, Parker Buttice, Hadley Buttice, Amelia Buttice, Emerson Buttice & Brandt Buttice. Gary is also survived by his mother Pauline Clair, brothers Gordon Clair, Kevin and Nancy Clair, Brian Clair; sisters Joanna and Guy Long, Lynn Whitaker, Lorraine and Richard Cummings, Paula Clair and Keith DeVost, Karla Spychalski, Jeri Clair and Ron Jones and Kelly Whitney. Gary had several nieces and nephews, and many special lifelong friends. Gary was predeceased by his father Richard Clair and brother-in-law Jeffery Whitaker. Calling hours will be Tuesday August 24th from 6-8pm at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel 21 Main St. Sidney, NY. FOR THE SAFETY OF OTHERS, THE FAMILY REQUESTS MASKS BE WORN IN THE FUNERAL HOME. Private family services will be held on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers please donate to The Delaware Valley Humane Society 101 East Main St. Sidney, NY
