Obituary of Michael A. Dewey

Michael A. Dewey Unadilla, NY Michael A. Dewey, 27, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 26, 2017. He was born on February 26, 1990 in Little Falls, New York, son of John (Tom) and Brenda (Frasier) Dewey. Michael graduated from Unatego High School with the Class of 2008 and was part of Otsego County ARC. He worked for the Sidney Boys & Girls Club for a couple years, and volunteered with the Delaware Valley Humane Society at least an hour a week. He is survived by his parents, Tom and Brenda Dewey of Unadilla; his brother and sister-in-law, Jason and Megan Dewey, and their son, Charles, of Afton; his grandfather, Leroy Frasier of Mohawk, NY as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends are invited to call from 12noon-2:00pm on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main Street Sidney, NY 13838. A memorial service will begin at 2:00pm at the funeral chapel with Pastor Keith VanDewerker officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be directed to the Delaware Valley Humane Society, 101 E. Main Street Sidney, NY 13838.
